Hi Guys,

In the never ending search for decent quality 9mm for a good price, I decided to have a go at some of this Tennessee re manufactured 9mm 115 grain ammo.
I've read it's good quality - not the cheapest ammo you can find but I don't want the absolute cheapest stuff running through my guns.

Just some background on me first. I have probably about 3000rds under my belt in terms of pistol shooting experience. I'm very casual shooter and very new to this hobby.
The ammo is made from various casings, you'll find just about every manufacture. Fiocchi, Aguila, AE etc.

Reliability: I've fired this ammo from a PPX, NP22, and my go to SP-01 Shadow. Between my brother and I, we have probably shot about 600 rounds. Zero misfires.

Accuracy: This is where things get a bit tricky. I've shot all the usual factory ammo around that 15.99/50 price range, like Blazer, S&B etc. Because I never shot with a stand I cannot say what ammo is more accurate.
However to show some sort of visual of the performance of the ammo, I have attached some photos of some shooting I did with the Tennessee ammo at 16 yards standing, slow shooting (1-2 seconds between each shot).

The first six targets are with my SP-01 5 shots then 10 shots, can ignore the bottom left hole in the second target as that was not from the same round. Also shown are NP22 and PPX results. I did horrendous with the PPX but I guess that's because I never shoot it.

Conclusion: I'd like to do a back to back with some more popular factory ammo like blazer, S&B to see if I can really feel, smell or see the difference. But so far I'm happy with the results. The reactive targets were a different day and I was concentrating a bit more. I think with more practice at 16yards I can remove that annoying flyer from my 5 round groups and further improve the grouping altogether. I don't think its the ammo holding me back.
