Just squirted out another batch of moose jerky this morning, it's on the go by 11:00 will be ready for QA QC taste test, today is Teriyaki, I alternate between this Hickory and Cracked Black Pepper and Garlic, this is batch #31 in the last year through my Cabela's 10 tray dehydrator
