Interchangeable Backstraps...
Basic Gun Terminology
1. Individual Size Grips: Technopolymer removable single-piece wrap-around grip in two sizes individually fits the hand of each shooter. (Standard size included, slim size optional)
2. Slide serrations: Increased surface area for better grip.
3. Superluminova Sights: High performance phosphorescent sights with unlimited shelf life that glow in the dark for approximately thirty minutes after a brief exposure to a light source.
4. Visible Automatic Firing Pin Block: The firing pin is blocked from any forward movement until the trigger is pulled completely back. Even if the pistol falls and strikes the ground, muzzle down, the firing pin will not strike the primer.
5. Open slide design: Open top slide virtually eliminates jamming or stove-piping. Allows the user to load the chamber one cartridge at a time should the magazine by lost or damaged.
6. Removable front sight standard
7. Captive recoil spring guide assembly
8. Internal recoil buffer: Increases service life by reducing stress on the receiver.
9. Picatinny rail (MIL-STD-1913): Integrated rail allows rapid attachment of tactical lights and laser aiming devices. Includes removable rail cover.
10. No Glare Finish: Beretta’s exclusive Bruniton non-reflective matte black finish is a superior corrosion-resistant coating.
11. Magazine capacity: Increased to hold up to 17 rounds 9mm and 12 rounds .40 S&W. Magazines from standard 92/96 models are completely interchangeable with the 90-Two.
12. Quick reassembly feature: Reassembly lever returns to locked position automatically when slide is replaced.
13. Ambidextrous Safety: Easily accessible by the thumb of a right- or left-handed shooter, it is spring-loaded so it’s either positively “on” or positively “off.” (Does not apply to D or G models.)
14. Reversible Magazine Release: Positioned next to the trigger guard for either right-or left-handed shooters. Allows rapid reloading. Magazine drops clear when released.
NOTE - #9. is a RAIL COVER, not a dustcover. Who in the hell feels the need to cover an accessory rail anyways???
Crazy Beretta engineer's, that's who.
