Next. But seriously particles are pretty small so a tiny little particle accelerator that continuously dumps massive amounts of energy into the acceleration and only releases them when the trigger is pulled should be doable...now who can source a nuclear battery.
 
Tagged for interest, should be non restricted unless the RCMP do their thing right? Also does anyone make a pistol version? 10 round mags for these would be sweet.
 
Could have sworn that this EXACT same thread popped up about 2-3 years ago in here. I think the phased plasma rifle post was the first reply in that one though.
 
I'd rather a magnetic accelerator gun, unfortunately it is prohibited. Dam*ed you Allen rock...

Because they fire more than one particle, one after the other (hence the word "beam"), with a single press of the trigger, they're classified full-auto and are thus prohibited.
 
I'd be happy with a simple Plasma Rifle.

I heard the CFO treats them like Crossbows. Lol! Way cheaper than the Particle Accelerator. :)
