I went out to the range this morning and tried out a new load in my rifle. CCI Maxi-Mags were the ones I never tried before. These were done with a 10/22 Magnum at 50 Yards with winds 35-46 KM/HR.

It turns out the the cheaper Winchester Super X 40 grainers shoot better. Thats good because they are about $2 cheaper per box.

That remindes me. I can't find anymore WMR Super X 40 grain ammo around here. Are they plentiful in your area?

I get the same results with my 10/22 magnum. Winchester rimfire ammo is scarce everywhere, until they get their new plant in Arkansas (I think) up and running.

Have you tried the Remington .22 mag with the Vmax bullets? I found them the best in several guns.

No I haven't. I haven't been able to find any to try. I would love to however.
