I have a number of Dillon reloading items. One of them being a case/media separator. Received it as a gift from my wife many moons ago. Recently, as i went to open it, the handle split in two. Yikes. Found a parts manual, got the part number, and phoned Dillon hoping I could buy the part for it. The nice man said they had the handle and they would send the spring too if I wanted it. Figured maybe the old one was worn so I said, to be safe, I would order a spring as well. After getting all my mailing info he said they would ship them out the next day by 1st Class Airmail. Asked him what it would cost. He laughed and said I guess you forgot you have a lifetime warranty on your separator. I did, too! So thanks Dillon. Just got my new handle and spring yesterday. Got here very fast. Love their stuff and the warranty is great too!
