Wish I had gotten his name, but a huge thank you to the CSR who served me while in toronto last week at AlFlahertys (Friday afternoon). Brought in a Stoeger Competition for me, proceeded to detail me on putting together, breaking down, and useful storage info for longevity. Another A+ dealing with AlFlahertys. You'll see more of my $$ on future visits.
BTW, he also showed me some "bear defense" shotguns, nice looking side by sides and over/unders..... total black, rails, etc..... if only I'd allotted more money
