Just reaching out to say "Thank you!" for the constant great service!
This "incident" of great service is in regards to a DOA Bug-A-Salt rifle.
I spoke to Matt about the issue and by the time I got off the phone with him I received an email stating a new one was being shipped along with a tracking number!
I don't know of any better way, anyone can service their clients
(BTW just received the new one, delivered by Canpar!)
