I recently purchased a used CZ 527 and had a cracked stock incident. It was an older model with serial numbers start with B957XX.
I was really frustrated and disappointed at first cos this is my first CZ and 99% I have to fork out my own cash to get a new stock since it is a used firearm.
I reached out to CZ just to get a confirmation that this rifle is no longer covered by warranty, so that I can move on and get a new stock. To my surprise Dusan from CZ referred me to Heather and she agreed to help! I just filled up an warranty form online and after a few days she came back and told me a replacement stock will be on the way to me!
I am really happy with the result, no push around whatsoever. Special thanks to Heather as she was very kind and polite through out the process!
I have a feeling that Wolverine must be a happy place to work since their employee like Heather is always so cheerful and ready to help!
