I recently lost a dust cover for the windage turret off of my Leupold vx3, 3.5x 10 scope. I contacted Korth Group Okotoks Alberta inquiring about cost of a replacement cover. Within a week I received a package containing not one but two replacement covers. The cost 0$. Korth Group is the Canadian rep for Leupold Canada. A big THANK YOU Korth Group for great service on Leupold products. I own three Leupold scopes and will continue buy Leupold only.

Glad to hear you had a good experience. I had a so-so experience with them. I sent a scope away for cleaning because there was dust inside the scope. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I phoned and they said they didn't even know it had arrived. Needless to say I was without my scope for about a month after a run around but it did come back in great shape with the glass clean.

I have had to return 3 deltapoints now. The communication is lacking but the overall service experience was ok.
The scope had no issues but more so getting the custom turrets etched, and just complete lack of professionalism buy them on the phone. The guy I spoke with a couple of times on the phone was an arrogant ####. Leupolds are great optics with sh!tty service here in Canada.
Korth is incredibly reluctant to tell people that they don't have the training or tools to service VX-6 scopes. They send them to the states.
I'm quite certain I've spoken to the same guy - based on your description of him.
LOL...he was a real treat on the phone. Not that it really matters but Leupold lost a customer cause of him.

It was a few years back...I cant recall but he takes care of the etching on the dials and stuff.
