I recently received a new Leupold VX3i 2.5-8X36mm B&C reticle scope from you folks at Korth group.

I sent in my original Vari-X3 2.5-8X36mm in for warranty repair, Adam contacted me and advised the parts were not available to fix the scope. He offered me the newer model and upgrade I might ad at no extra charge.

Wow! Thank you Adam, Korth Group and Leupold Canada for the scope replacement and very quick turn around time. (less than two weeks)

Korth is awesome, with the Leupold warranty center in Canada it really is a no brainer to buy Leupold products. The only thing better than Korths customers service is the fact that you rarely even need it because the high quality of the products they have.
 
I lost one of my turret caps, contacted Korth for information where I can buy spare one. you know what, they sent me a new cap for FREE! Both Korth and Leupold are awesome, buying more Leupold products.
 
Been using Leupold almost exclusively & happily for years and years. Just sent two (one mine - early VX6, one for a buddy - 17 yr old VX2) in with a few issues (hard to turn mag rings, ability to hold zero). Both were returned within three weeks of sending. All issues addressed and some unseen taken care of. Provided with a written report of work, diagrams of windage and elevation settings pre and post service. Many "talk the talk" but few "walk it".

Ya lots of good to say. I sent in a pair of binoculars. Never heard back. I was about to call/email to make sure they got them and a new pair was already in my mailbox. Topshelf service
