What a breath of fresh air to get great service and a quick return!
My old 10x42s have been tagging along since 1997 or so and have been great until last fall when they wouldn't stay focused one side to the other, almost like they weren't connected inside anymore.
Sent out on the 24th of December and back tonight, I expected a couple months wait at least.
They put on/in:
-new eye cups as the old ones were wore right off.
-new lens throughout (!)
-fixed the sloppy adjustment and hinge pivot.
I'd hazard a guess this is the only piece of kit I have been packing regardless since I bought them and they have seen some rough country, they show it too.
Very excited to try them out, they are too fogged up from the UPS ride home to see thru but putting out the coin for a decent set of optics is well worth it for any folks looking for a set of binos. Wish they still made this model so I could get another set for my wife.
