So I got a little careless the other day when re-sizing some brass......

I just got a new can of one shot (I was all out and the local g-store just got a new batch in) so I get everything all set up, spray down the brass, and start re-sizing..... uuurrrch! first shell is stuck! I forgot to wait the one FULL minute before starting...... Stupid mistake, one I'll probably make again.... lol :)

I buggered up my decapping pin & cap getting the stuck brass out, so I call up RCBS to see about replacement..... They are shipping me a replacement free of charge!

Thanks a bunch RCBS!!! Making it cheap when I my Di*k in the fan!!! :D

I still have a bunch of brass to re-size, but I can wait a day or 2 to get back to it.

For all of you guys out there thinking about switching to one shot...... always remeber; Spray LIBERALLY, wait a FULL MINUTE, re-spray, wait another FULL MINUTE, then go to town!

Well, I'm glad you've had some luck. I returned a mag pouch to Bladetech for warranty work two months ago and still have nothing. 2 weeks ago they said a replacement was shipping out the next day. After getting a hold of them today I found out my order is still 'in production'

Whatever the #### that means :rolleyes:
 
Amen to RCBS! I have actually done the same thing several times and always get excellent response from them even when it is due to my own stupidity. They even go so far to offer helpful hints for various processes if you call their technical assistance hotline! Kudos!
 
Yep RCBS has always treated me very well, no matter what I've broke or how I did it, even when 100% my fault and I tell them they have sent me new parts, and free advice as well. Really hard to go wrong with them. Nice to see a company that stands behind their stuff that well in this day and age.

I've had similar success with Thompson Center as well on second hand guns and they new all that.
