I want to say Thank You to Richard at Bushnell Outdoors Canada in Ontario.
He is the team leader in the Repair / Replacement Department.

I bought the wrong Bushnell Scope due to an error on Bushnell's Webpage.
Between The no questions asked warranty and the team at Bushnell Canada, they helped me out greatly.
I was able to drop off the wrong scope at the ups store. A little over a week later, the right scope is delivered to my door.
My new scope is a Bushnell Elite 6500 2.5-16x50mm. The glass is really clear, and I am very happy!
I am looking forward to mounting it on my Ruger 10/22 Build on Monday night. That is my next range trip.
I am now awaiting my Burris Signature Zee Rings from Jerry at Mystic Precision. I think they will be arriving tomorrow.

I made the mistake of shipping a relatively new scope to the address on my warranty card. Think it was Oakville, ON. Paid shipping there and then had to pay shipping back to me as the warranty center had changed. Then went online to get the new address and paid shipping again to send it once more. The website says a fee is now in place for return shipping but I was so miffed that I already had to pay shipping 3 ways (and my original warranty said 'no charge') that I ignored that nominal fee.
Once new Bushnell warranty center finally got it though, no complaints. A new replacement was sent out with very short turn around time.
