Long story short.... I ordered iPhone 4 field cases and was sent iPhone 4 exectutive cases.
So I emailed ds letting them know, but said it wasn't a big deal, received an email back, apologizing for the mix up and that they were at that moment sending out the right cases!!! Not only that but said just keep the ones they already sent!! You have gained a very loyal customer in me now!!!

Well now DS is out cases, so their deserved revenue is cut. Doing the right thing as a customer would be to send the wrong ones back once the new ones come. Fair is fair. We all expect companies to "make it right", why should we not hold ourselves to the same standard.
