My GSG went down Thursday night with a broken guide rod and bent recoil spring.

I got home late, took a picture and emailed Scott at Blueline with the info and a picture.

Monday morning at 11am my warranty replacement showed up.

That is exceptional and speedy service and I'd like to say Thank-You very much.

I realize by both of us being in BC it got here faster than maybe other places in the country, but none the less.

That is great and speedy service!!!!

I think from now on I'll be buying any of GSG products directly from Blueline to support them.
 
Scott also provides great service in person, kinda reminds me of a big teddy bear (no rude retorts)
