Thanks Calgary Shooting Centre! Amazing customer service!

Big shout out to Brett at Calgary Shooting Centre.

A couple of days ago I was trying to by something online but getting a message that there is no shipping to my area.
I emailed CSC and got a response within hours to check my address info and that sometime using the pre-fill can cause issues.
I check it out and yup, the browser pre-fill of the postal code was the issue, completely my fault but by the time I figured it out, the item I wanted was sold out in my size.

I emailed Brett back and said thanks for the help I got the address fixed but unfortunately the item I wanted is now sold out.

The next day I got a call asking me what size I was looking for, I said a large.
Brett said they had an order cancelled and that they had a large and it would be back up on the site in about 30 minutes.

Roughly 30 minutes later, I checked and the item was there in a large and I was able to buy it and wow, it even shipped out that day.

This is amazing customer service and goes above and beyond.

This was my first purchase from CSC and I don't expect this level of service every time but they are now on the top of my list whenever I am looking for something.
