Quick Synopsis - I ordered an 870 Grizzy, bead sight model. Canada Ammo sent me one, it was marked on the box as a bead sight model and the proper serial number. Unfortunately, when I opened the sealed box, it was a bead sight receiver and a ghost ring barrel! Not CanAm's fault - it was mis-labeled form the Chinese factory.
I e-mailed them at the height of the Black Friday sale, so it took a few days to get back to me, but once they did, they paid to return ship the gun, and sent me a replacement free of charge via Canada Post because CanPar was a big inconvenience to me.
Thanks guys, I appreciate the quick turnaround and the shotgun seems great I haven't shot it yet, but it's feeding snap caps well enough.
