Turnaround for me was 10days to my door.
Canada Post delivers on Sundays!
Was having breakfast and went to check the tracking on my order and no word of a lie, the doorbell rang just as the tracking info came back saying that my package was in town and had finished sorting.
Being Sunday and all, I thought it was a church group doing their thing. I was very surprised when my wife came in with the package.
Great service from Epps (especially Barb). 10 days to my door as well.
Gun is great, but sadly, not arcor finished like Trinimon's. At least it's black!

Canadians are so polite. We say thank you for allowing a retailer to take our money and to make the sale painless. Of course we also are okay with the high profit margins.

All we've heard in the recent past is poor reviews from Elwoods. Yet I have friends who deal with them almost exclusively- good to hear some success stories.
Very happy with EPPS on a rifle last week, fast email responses, shipping.
They did mess up, overcharge me, then promptly charged my credit card instead of refund, and finally had to back both errors. All on same day, kinda funny esp. when Kevin reply with "Seriously!?!?! I will flog our front counter staff at once!"
