44 webley is another name for .442 RIC (aka .442 Revolver and .442 Webley). It was sold as 44 Webley in USA and .442 RIC in Europe & UK.

You can make brass from 44 special and 44 mag brass, also with 45 colt brass. 45 colt is actually closer to the right size than the 44s according to COTW.

google "reload .442 RIC" and you'll get a bunch of hits.

The .442 bullet is heeled. There is a picture of the bullet on the Tall Man Industries website. He is the only current source of bullet I know of.
