First off thanks for the advice. I had asked about 6 month ago about a first aid kit for my new sp01 and it was suggested that the slide stop and trigger return spring were prone to breakage.

Fortunately I ordered both and last week during dryfiring I broke the trigger return spring. Thanks to all for the Shadow first aid advice I was able to fix my cz in about 10 minutes.

While I like the gun my confidence in it has gone way down. Now I am thinking about a spare gun for IPSC.

I have an old colt 45 that I was shooting IPSC standard with. I only have 10 round mags. I am wondering if my sp01 went tits up would it be ipsc legal to complete the shoot with the old colt and that my score would be amalgamated to open division in a minor caliber.

I read on the CZ Forum to keep the spring well lubricated. This apparently reduces the chances of the spring breaking on the 75B Series of pistols. Others may have more to comment on this problem. I haven't experienced a breakage yet on my CZ's but bad things can happen.

I believe the request ws to go to Open Division shooting minor. I don't see the word "Production" in the OP original post.

Ah reading in the morning after shovelling driveway is Sooooo overrated.

Actually the kids were out helping, they did the actualy shoveling.

I meanwhile was busy beating on the snow blower...........it is acting up. I think I need to rebuild the carb. Or is it normal to have flames shoot 18 inches out of the muffler?

That's one way to avoid Bobby the Borrower coming over to mooch your blower (and gas)

Sounds like the nitro mix is off...

Flames should be abut 24 inches at idle

Has the blower belt from the super charger come off?

The flames orange, blue or Clear...

Pimp my snowblower? Add some hydraulics, a paint job and you're good to go

So far I have said screw it let the guy who put it there take it away. So far my driveway is a skating rink with four inches of snow on it. It is supposed to rain here next week so maybe I'll wait for the man to do his work...or I'll have 4" of ice to deal with and a p@ssed off wife.

ps Off to Canadian Tire to replace the spark plug on the blower. So much easier to do it when it is -15C with a wind blowing than do it in November on a nice day!
