Ordered a CZ Shadow a short while ago from Badger Arms - the transaction was smooth and my gun showed up promptly in nice packaging.

I spent a few hours detail cleaning it and everything looks great, the trigger is real nice compared to my SIG!

Don't hesitate to deal with Armand, I have purchased from "bigger" CGN sponsors and the service I received was $h!t - keep up the good work, there's a reason you guys are getting a lot of positive feedback on here

Thanks Armand/Barb!

Nice to hear good feedback and I will check out their website. Not had much luck with Bantario dealers of anything including firearms. As for your CZ, I got mine last year and I love it!!!!! A great CZ shooter out here put a lighter trigger spring in mine and its even better now. I have never ever had an issue so far and I have put lots of rounds through it and it will eat anything I feed it. Enjoy your new toy!!

I love the CZ's. I have a 75b and a 97b which I just picked up a couple hours ago (bought these locally). I'm itching!

I can attest to Badgers customer service. They beat the price of several local/internet dealers (shopped around), shipped for free, email responses were prompt and informative. Overall a very good purchase experience and I live 1600 miles away (according to mapquest). So I recommend.

Give Armand a call, talk to him for 10 minutes (or an hour like I did) and you will feel more comfortable doing business with him. From what I have seen so far he stands behind his business and the products he sells, unlike some other dealers on here

I deal with a small dealer here in BC, the big guys need to learn something about customer service and communication. I will even pay more if I have to to avoid the big box guys.

For what its worth, after my recent break-up w/ one of those bigguns, I've found Badger to be substantially more communicative and customer service oriented.

I think all the big guys were once small guys and got big by being helpful, friendly and competitive. When do they lose it and just become a warehouse? I still think its possible to keep that small feel and still be big. I get my tires from a Fountain Tire here in BC, big company but this outlet keeps that small feel. helpful, give me a break on price even though its not mandated from head office. I think it all comes down to people. Hire good people, impress upon them that customer service is number one, monitor feedback and act when feedback is bad. I find some companies are just so big they just dont think they need to be polite, helpful, it becomes a case of "I have it, you want it, take or leave" I had that very recently with a purchase from a big online outlet, I left it, when somewhere else and got it cheaper!!

I'm afraid folks that like service and small feel dont trump price for most people. If that were true that aweful Walmart would be out of business, I'm sure hte people working there for subsistence wages would be able to get a real job.

Customer service is not about how big or small you are, it is individual approach, no more, no less.

I said the same thing Peterpan, in theory yes its not about how big you are, its the mentality of the big companies that sometimes, not always feel its their right that we shop with them, that somehow we owe THEM instead of the other way around, thats why I always seek out the small guy and will pay a reasonable premium for service. Have you ever shopped at Wal mart and tried to get help? Then try and get help that knows the product. chances are its someone who works 10 hours a week at $9 an hour, how can they possibly care about anything except getting a real job and I'm not slagging the workers at Wal mart, its the culture. They are not the only store I stay away from. Canadian Tire is another.
