Sent them a 30 year old Vari-X 111 with custom laser engraved target turrets and they sent me a new VX 3 with custom laser engraved target turrets postage paid. Nothing but Leupold for me from now on.

I had a messed up vari xiii 6.5-20x40 and after 11 weeks, they sent me a VX3i 6.5-20x40 30mm tube as a replacement. Very happy with the end result
