Like I said above, it time for me to do a coming out for me....

I can officially announce to you all that I'm now a full-blown RIMFIRE gun nut !!!!

Well, I had already a little Browning BL-22 grade II and decided to get something a little bit more accurate with a tad longer range than a .22LR...

I went to the gun shop I usually visit once in a while to get my brick of 500 fun-givin' and grin-plantin' devices when I laid my eyes on 2 two sweeties

1- A Savage 93R17 BTVSS with the bull barrel in .17 HMR

2- A Ruger 10/22 as everyone knows, in the eternal .22LR.


Seems like I had the sting now !!!!!


So guess what.......had to go with BOTH of them....

I have both. the 10/22 for the close range gophers and magpies. And when I need to reach out and touch them the 17 is great

I like my 10/22 but the savage in 17HMR is awesome to 200 yards with a nice scope. Enjoy and shoot the heck out of them. I use Photo bucket for my pics.
