Looks like only parts of the sks are chromed, blade, trigger group, the muzzle end of the barrel does not look shiny enough to be chrome but maybe! Receiver and cover etc look black. They are all looking away from the entourage and are acting like the Russian honour guard!

I dont think the guards are not allowed to look at him, they are required to have a smug look with canted head.
