So we all now know that Loomis won't ship DG, however they accepted orders of this class prior to the policy change and now we have been advised that shipments are being returned. What really pisses us off is that they have invoiced us for the items being returned! If they are lucky we'll only just not pay the bills. We have a potential claim for general and specific damages and are considering having our lawyers handle this and also there is the small claims option.

We have to date not been advised of this new restrictive "policy"!

Hopefully others in the same boat will treat Loomis with the contempt they so richly deserve!

We have many years dealing with litigation as insurance adjusters in previous lives and know that we have to wait until the goods are actually returned before proceeding. The posting is to advise others of Loomis's "business" practises.
