Shame on those who whine. Badger arms is an honest business, dedicated to what they do; bashing them (sometimes in public) when they made it clear that they were going through a tough situation is not an impressive attitude to adopt. They've been absolutely transparent about everything, apologizing to customers for unwanted delays, possible difficulties with communication, and taking the time to explain the situation in detail here on CGN (while also explaining how the issues would soon be resolved).
And yet some people still found it adequate to throw some negativity around their way. Sad, really. These same people need to learn that patience and courtesy go a long way when doing business.
Once again Armand, i'm beyond appreciative of the way things went, and i'm glad to see your business is expanding. I'll be back soon, i wish you all the best.
