The Bushmaster BA50 has landed!!

Awesome, saw one in my local shop on Friday.... the muzzle break is larger than my Galaxy S4 and is the equvalent of about 7 or 8 of them stacked together. Wish I had the $.

So what would be the total cost with tax and shipping in to get this to Vancouver?
Also do you offer any discounts? Ie student, military, CGNer... anything?
I am pretty happy with the price it is offered at, and to be honest I have been waiting for this to be offered this side of the border... but there is a lovely lady in my life that I need to answer to on matters of finance and she is not as convinced.
If you have any ammo for my arguement on how this is an awesome deal i shouldn't pass up, I am all ears!

I am open to PMs with info if you have any extra to give.

I hummed and hawed and someone else bought it. That's probably for the best though given that I am not even in the country right now.
But I do still want one at some point. Do you have any plans to bring more in? Not too soon or anything, but next spring or so?

Maybe this is a stupid question but isn't a carbine semi auto? This is a bolt action carbine?

I always understood that originally the term Carbine indicated a “shorter, lighter” model of the standard infantry rifle, usually issued to Artillery or Calvary troops. Hence the Lee Enfield No 4 Rifle and No 5 jungle carbine. Certainly a carbine does not have to be semi auto, I have single shot Martini carbines.

So what is this a shorter and lighter version of? :D :nest:
