You are in Bantario and so is Epps. That means $70 to Dalton if you by local. Add that to the GST and you are around $993 PLUS shipping if you aren't gonna drive to Epps.

Moving target has them for $925 including shipping (read the price in fine print), so it will arive at your door for around $971 since out of province sales only have GST added.

Not my cup of tea, but I seem to recall a supplier in Canada that was selling them for around $450 only a year ago. Maybe check with Mil-Arm in Edmonton. But, if the prices have jumped that much on a junkyard Norinco, maybe think about spending a few more dollars for a real one. Saw one new in Calgary for $1700 and a used model somewhere for $1300.

+1 for arms east, no PST for ontario, and A1 customer service! got my CQ from them a few weeks ago, very happy with my decision.

...and if you find one for $450 buy 3 or 4, because these "junkyard" :rolleyes: rifles are making a lot of people happy for $900

You must be speaking of the CQ311's. The Norinco M4's only arrived this spring I think.
 
So all i have found is the three stores who sell these:

ArmsEast - $895.00
Ellwoodepps - $875.00
MovingTarget - $925 - shipped

Is there more places than these ones?
 
Got mine from Elwood Epps for 879$. Considering the configuration and how much it would cost to get the same from an american/canadian company, I'm more than happy not spending hours trying to get a 20-30$ rebate... if it functions reliably and looks even remotely good, it's a steal.
 
I think Moving Target had an ad in the EE for $960.75 Taxes and shipping included. I bought mine from them and would not hesitate to deal with them again.
