the DANFORD LAKE / Haute Gatineau gun club almost ready to strart there clay shooting

when down to the club this morning to teach another law 9 course for our anglophone members and i was looking at the tower, its almost finish. not sure if we will open it this year ,but i am sure we will organize shoot for next spring.

What is the driving time to your range from downtown Ottawa?

Interested in joining this range, but you are about 30km farther then EOHC but they don't have clay which I am looking to get into.

A couple questions:

1) I went on your site and it looks like your dues are $126 a year, is this correct?
2) Can you shoot IPSC, ie move forward of the line? I remember this being an issue a few years ago in Quebec.
3)I saw on the sites under hours of operation it says "Before using the shooting range a security officer must be onsite at all times." Does this mean I can't go up and shoot on my own or is there a full time security officer on the range?
4) I also saw a "Firearm Record Registration Form" on the site asking for a list of members restricted firearms? What is this for?

1. the dues depend on what you want to do.
2. the range does not have the facility for IPSC
3. we required under the provincial law to have an RO for restricted firearms , but for non restricted you only required to use the body system(have two people present)
4. the register form are form required to be fill, because of the Law 9
