My question is: If you remove the trigger on the trigger group of the SKS and put another trigger group on the stock. Then make the stock so that it does not fit on an unaltered rifle (the stock will not snap on an SKS with a stock trigger group oin the rear), fulfilling the "cannot fit another rifle" and the "does not fire without stock". Doesn't that make this potential stock legal?
I submit that it does.![]()
Show me any OIC or law that agrees with this. Not "some guy said". Actual law.but part of the wording states something along the lines of the stock cannot be used on another rifle and removing it makes the rifle not firable.
