I got a invite in the mail a little while ago for the pre-grand opening event at the new Cabelas on Manning Drive, which I went to today. My wife wanted me to pick up a spare-parts SKS for her as they were on sale for $170. So I get in line at the gun counter and I'm the first one to get over to the SKS display. The counter-guy passes me one from the display and I start looking it over. I first pop open the magazine, look inside, looks good and then I click it closed. That's when the trigger assembly falls out and the rest of the action starts to fall out of the stock. I felt so bad for the counter-guy but at the same time it was very funny. I then looked at another one, didn't much care for the finish. He then brings me one from the backroom and it was in very nice condition. I walked out with it, and also with some scope rings for my T97 and a scope for my 10/22.
