Pretty sure this one has already been leaked out but hey, we will announce it as well I suppose! The G48 is a Canadian complaint 9x19mm single stack frame size compact Glock with a Stainless Slide. Front serrations on the slide, and a 106mm barrel. What are your thoughts folks!?!? Before you ask I don't have confirmed pricing yet, working on it. As always:

Nice gun

I like the stainless slide look, unthreaded barrel, no finger grooves.

Is the mag single stack...thinner than the dblk stack....frame is also thinner then I assume?


Having to use proprietary mags is the only downside.
Not like the original G19 grip is overly fat? Not sure it is worth not being able to use the endless supply of standard G19/G17 mags avail wordwide.

IF we could carry here it would be a no brainer...but as a range toy the slight grip reduction isn't worth the tradeoffs I mentioned.


Cool gun tho for sure.

Buy LOTS of guns.....especially restricted.... we need to be as large and diverse number when the libs come for us

That is a really interesting gun. I have no practical , competitive use for it but I still would love to have one.

If it’s canadian compliant from factory, pricing should be fairly inline with most other glocks should it not?
Most places claim the high price due to having to purchase an aftermarket barrel for the g26 & g43, but if that’s moot then I’d expect it to be reasonably priced.

Im just shocked that they fought it so long. Only took them like 30 years to create the 'ultimate' carry gun. Sweat resistant, longer sight radius, short grip. If only they made a full sized frame and slide. 10 round, single stack. I'd be in.

I don't think so, in the description, its written standard so I assume it's not ambidextrous.
