I picked up this leg of mutton gun case this weekend and thought fondly of the days when one could arrive at Air Canada departure in England, get the stickers put on, and board your flight.
Anybody have the initials H W W?

The gun it carried has since disappeared.

I have a similar case. I bought it off the EE. It had faded stickers all over it and upon close inspection, they were railway stickers. Sadly, they all dissolved when I restored the leather that was in pretty poor shape. I’m sure that case has seen some things.
