Does anyone out their know anyone in Canada who can repair and maintain a GMV Trap Machine? OR - Does anyone know anyone with a vast knolage or expeariance with a GMV trap machine?

Here in Hay River, NWT, we have a GMV machine that has seen lots of use over 12-15 years. This last summer we have had a few glitches with the machine, thus we have ran into some trubble this summer shooting season. For the most part, it has handled very well. It through a few thousand this summer. One US dealer rep advised us to take it all apart which no one has done. Maybe this is the answer, but it would be nice to get some one on one advise from anyone in the Canadian Trap world.

Any help would be a good thing.

What exactly is your machine doing? I am the trap chairman for a 4 trap club in Newfoundland and we have 2 Superstars - an older singles only and a fairly new ATM. My buddy and I are fairly knowledgable in their operation - we've repaired and replaced many parts - everything from clutches, transformers, arms and motors.

Al and Paul from QRP are good to deal with. We bought our newest machine from them a couple of years ago.
