I just picked up a copy of the book "The Home Schooled Shootist: learning to fight with a carbine" [http://www.amazon.ca/The-Home-Schooled-Shootist-Training-ebook/dp/B009081B2Y]
I am rather liking it so far - the guy has created a #### ton of different drills and uses some simple equipment to do it with. It's a rather entertaining read, and I just wish I had the space and lived in a country where I could actually practice with my own pistol on my own land, but things are what they are. There's a section on health and nutrition at the end that's written by another guy, but that part is mostly nonsense.
Note: buy the paper version; I tried downloading the ebook on my Kobo but none of the pictures rendered (Kobo is also a piece of crap, but that's a whole other post lol).
