Super Rookie at that...I officially fired my first handgun at about 1145h today 
A member from here took me, and told me about the site, don't know his name on here though. I do know a couple other members. I must say, for the 4 handguns I've fired, I really really liked the HKS USP. By far the most comfortable and far and away my most accurate.
Today involved (my apologies if I get some wrong, read the title!)
Smith and Wesson 460V
Glock (not sure which model)
Beretta 90two
Beretta Cx4
12 ga. pump action
HKS USP
Anyways, just thought I'd sign up and read the FAQs and such, been wanting to get my PAL for a while (and PAL-R). I have to hit the range some more, I had a blast (really, no pun intended). I fired .22s and a couple shotguns when I was younger, but under Grandpa's watchful eye in fields in Saskatchewan. I'm 23 now, engaged, and a lot more mature, so I figured it was time to do some learning...it's not like I didn't have enough expensive hobbies...
As an FYI, I couldn't get any of the links in the "START HERE - Newbie Frequently Asked Questions" to work. I did find a place here in Calgary (ITTA) that does the PAL course.
Looking forward to getting some information!
