I preferred the look of the Mossberg C-lect choke to the poly. Little cleaner and more compact, there’s one on a mid-70’s 500 at the farm.

Lyman and Poly Choke were completely different companies offering collet style variable choke devices. Both were good but I prefer the Poly Choke.

I didn't mean to sound condescending. Just thought the info would be helpful. That Poly 25 Skeet choke is one I would like to find someday. Looks like an old Herter's duck call.

Cool ad, I have a M37 with a Cutts Compensator on it with a full choke. I’ve thought about taking it off but if I could find an adjustable choke for it that would be interesting.

I have a deluxe Polychoke on my Winchester Model 50 that was installed long ago . It isn't exactly streamlined , but it does work really well . I have a number of guns with screw in chokes , I have to say , the Polychoke is far easier to use .

Correct me if I am wrong, some Winchesters came with factory installed Polychokes.

Winchester, Browning, Remington and Ithaca shotguns could all be had with factory installed Poly Chokes back in the day.
