The MAD MINUTE - TRUTH SEEKERS ORGANIZE - DEADLINE ( 31 OCT 2016 )

The standard for an ordinary Commonwealth Infantryman was 15 rounds per minute. A good one could do 20 rounds per minute.

For chargers, try to get the blued ones, not the phosphated ones. Then polish the insides of the chargers with emery paper. When loading the charger, make sure the rounds are loaded correctly, an after pushing the rounds into the magazine, close the bolt. Trying to pick the charger out of the guides costs you time, but closing the bolt will kick the charger out.

If Tinman 204 is around, someone might persuade him to share a video of 15 rounds fired in Virden, with 14 hits on a 12 inch steel gong at 300 yards in 23 seconds, using an unfamiliar SMLE.
