Lets try this! Perhaps it can be stickied once it gets going..

With all of our mismatched rifle out there, lets post up what we have and what we need. I don't think that compiling a list at the top is necessary, so use the thread search function for your serial numbers.

Lets try to keep this neat :)

Post your mismatched part or extra parts (bolt, bayonet, etc), followed by their serial numbers. Avoid posting receiver serial numbers if you want privacy. (a little redundant anyway- if someone has a part you need, they should post it)

Lee Enfield:

No4/5 bolts: "48842" and "ED7700"

Mauser:

98K trigger guard: "5502"

Try to keep discussion down to keep the thread clean, unless you have a successful match. Please be aware of headspace issues and so-on with trading bolts.

Please PM me with any extra input or ideas for this heading post!

EDIT: cleaning and modifying as ideas come to me :)

Good thread. I went over to Angel's Matchmaking Service (thanks Doug) and posted about my No4 MK2 UF 56 A 43413 looking for it's bolt. They didn't make many 1956 MK2's, and I'd really like to get this rare one back together.
It's current bolt is electro-pencilled BQ18084.

I've got a Kar98k WaA63 42 (Mauserwerk Oberndorf 1938 - 39) stock that I'd love to find the matching parts to and get it shooting again.

*Edit*
Stock #2844 WaA63
WaA655 Buttplate #7537
Front band is early type WaA77 #3161
Recoil lug WaA655

Cheers
