Hey what the most interesting Remington 700 setup you have seen?

Now to clarify what I mean by interesting is, I just saw in the exchange forum an FN patrol bolt action rifle. Now is that basically a scout style rifle?

Could one modify a remy 700 action to be more "manuverable?"
