The Ontario fish and game act

I don't understand 9(1).

reason why is:
http://lioapp.lrc.gov.on.ca/imf-ows/sites/clupa/xmlReader.jsp?xsl=XML/web-primary.xsl&polid=P34

hunting says yes. but see the regulations
"Hunting Yes Consult the Ontario Hunting Regulation Summary for specific local details."

regulations say no...which overrides the other?

also says "...The area contains numerous hunt camps..."

The only thing I can think of...is maybe it was grandfathered from before it was a provincial park.

I meant to call today to figure it out, but I will call tomorrow (MNR and CO)

I think hunting and trapping in certain parks are an exception, and that the F&G act above speaks in general terms in that regard.
I know that hunting and trapping are permitted for example in some areas of Algonquin, and Lake Superior provincial parks.
