The price of lead - what's their excuse now???

Well, I just downloaded this. The price of lead is down to the same as it was this time last year and appears to be on a downward trend. I wonder what the manufacturers excuses will be now. If lead continues to fall, I guess they'll try the "its the war" excuse again to explain their higher prices.

Despite it's recent drop, it's still double what it was in 2006. Copper is at record levels still.

How about transportation costs?
our fuel s/c is 40+% now.

Had a driver call me today from Outside LA, Diesel was $4.99 9/10 per gallon....ouch...truckin sucks.

Well you see, all the bullets on the shelves were bought when the price was higher. Now, that stock has to be sold before the new, cheaper bullets will be on the shelves.......
