Picked up a couple of nice old Wingmasters lately. Early 20 gauges so built on the fullsize 12 gauge receiver, rather then the LW versions.

A 1956 870AP Wingmaster, 28" plain full choke barrel with a nice corncob grip.

A 1968 870 Wingmaster, 28" vent rib modified choke barrel

Just thought id share these beauties.

Beautiful!

Real nice. The X frame 20 bore Wingmasters handle very nicely and are not heavy. IIRC they run about 6 1/2 lbs. with a plain barrel.

Darryl

6.5 lbs, good memory!

Sharp looking pump guns, I love the plain barrel profile. Never been a fan of the ribbed barrel but that’s just personal preference, the bluing on the receiver with the ribbed barrel is perfect.

This is my late father's 870. Bought new in 66 or 68. 3" mag with a 28' full and I found a 28" mod and also a smoothbore slug barrel for it.

I still take it out on nice days once in awhile.
