Got tired of waiting for a resolution and purchased a kit from Simon over at S&J hardware. I've been wanting to shoot this thing for so long.
Right off the top, it fits right with little fiddling.
I also added a mag clamp from S&J as well. Looks like I need to tighten it.
Blocking it off was ridiculously easy as well.
I bought a pack of 4x 3/4" x4" long machine screws with nuts for about $4. It fits through the opening in the mag tube perfectly without drilling and guess what? the 4" length limits the rounds to 5x 2 3/4" shells and about a pinky finger of a 6th shell. I trimmed the bolt abit for more clearance (about half of the 6th shell) then epoxied everything into place.
Time to test.
After about 200 some odd #4 shot and #7.5 (as cliche' as it is to say) it ran without a hitch. Everything worked beautifully (except for my aim)

Huge thanks for Simon for getting me setup with the extension so I could start using this and to Clay at Prophet River for getting me the Benelli and the Taran Tactical bits and pieces!
