I got the same letter, I thought I had escaped the OIC because mine was made by Winchester, and they weren't listed as one of the manufacturer's.

I do recall saying to my wife when I got the letter - "Oh look, the RCMP sent me a letter to remind me to vote PC."

I have a Inland but they lumped it with US carbine.
