The Yugoslav M53 and the MG42

There is the possibility of purchasing a Yugoslav M53 in the near future (not in Canada of course!) and I was wondering if anyone here has any familiarity with it and can also comment on the differences between the M53 and MG42 and the interchangeability of parts etc.

I do believe the parts will interchange with each other as the m53 is a clone of the mg42
If I remember right the bolt had some change done to it to slow the rate of fire a bit and prevent the bolt bounce problem that the mg42 has

M53 would on average be better finished than a standard mg42.
