theAmmoSource order problem

Hello,

I have registered on this forum just yesterday, because I have run out of options to get help with my order on theammosource.com. I have placed order at November 15th and till today it shows "pending" status. My 3 messages that I posted via message service on SFRC webpage was unanswered. I would like to avoid situation when somebody will eventually notice my order after several months and I will not have any money on my account in that time.
Im from Europe and english is not my native language, so I cant call to the company directly by phone.

If someone here could help me to solve this problem I will be very grateful.
 
I know it may not be an option for you in Europe, but did you try calling?

Also, they may be delayed since they are trying to figure out how to get an order to you. What are you trying to buy from them?
 
I've noticed since my last order with them it's taken a lot longer to process and ship. Usually it only takes a day or two but my last order it took 5 business days from ordering to shipping. Maybe they are just busier than usual this time of year.
 
Are you trying to have ammo shipped to Europe? Or are you visiting Canada? If you are in Canada do you have your firearms license? Either way I expect the reason for the delay may be due to logistics with the specific order (billing address on the card being international, international shipping, or verifying PAL if you are in Canada with an international credit card).
 
Unfortunately I can't look up Max11 in our system. We were closed Nov 15th to 18th for inventory. Please send me your order number and question to sales@theammosource.com and I will check on it.

It turns out Max11 is in his email so I can look him up :)

Max11, we emailed you yesterday with payment instructions. We have no problem sending you the part you require but payment must be made with Western Union as we are unable to verify credit cards from your country.
