Are you suggesting that I'm not so wise here Blargon???? A Sako 75 III S/S Varminter for less than $1100 NEW in a 308 family cartridge and a 6.5 to boot....I'd say that my purchase was dahm wise....no matter how many they actualy have....last one or 20 left, I still would have grabbed it right away! Just got a Leupold Mark 4 4.5-14x50 LR/ M1 Illuminated TMR reticle for it. Can't wait!

Not suggesting that at all Chilly. It is in fact a great price for a great rifle, I'm just saying I've heard the old "last one" bit from dealers before, but not when you're standing at the counter, just online or over the phone. enjoy you're gun!:) I just picked up a new Finnlight in .308, but I paid more than $1100 for it.:redface:
 
I was at the Lloydminister show on the weekend and managed to deal off the model 7 rem in 260 I bought last fall.I got a good deal on a Sako 75/lll( in 260 of course) Blued,walnut,DM.
