No removalable divider in my Gen 3 either. TBH- I'd just remove it if there was one so for my setup works out best
 
Bought two gen 2’s, no Velcro on the outside as pictured. Seem like alright drag bags for the price, mine actually came with Condor Tactical tags on it so I guess we know who makes these for Cadex.
